- Coverage area: Brazil countrywide
- Destination phone type: Landline
- Days and hours of service: 10 hours (600 minutes) any time (24/7) per period.
Carry-over: If renewed before expiration, unused package minutes from the current period will carry over to the next period. The unused minutes to be carried over shall not exceed the total of anytime minutes per period included in the package.
Any usage over the anytime minutes included in the package is charged by minute to the corresponding account, if there is balance available.

Important Terms and Conditions
- Brastel MyPack is a prepaid service.
- MyPack can be used only from US phones.
- The originating phone number must be registered with Brastel and is limited to 1 per MyPack.
- Calls via MyPack access numbers entering access codes are not allowed.
- MyPack calls only to destination numbers in the area(s) and phone type(s) allowed on the corresponding MyPack.
- Destination numbers must be registered with Brastel and are limited to 5 per MyPack.
- Registered number changes limited to 1 per month.
- Any changes in the registered origin and destination numbers have to be made through customer service.
- Calls to Brastel MyPack access numbers DO NOT include charges imposed by US local, long-distance and cell phone companies.
- MyPack prices vary by destination and term and are subject to change without prior notice to customers.
- Customers may stop using the service by stopping to renew MyPack.
- Payments are not refundable.
- MyPack calls placed after expiration are charged by minute and are subject to availability of funds on the customer's account (Brastel Smart Phonecard). Federal, State & Local taxes, surcharges and fees may apply to calls placed after MyPack expiration. Call charges and applicable taxes are deducted from funds available on the customer's account.
- Usage over the package limit, if any, is charged by minute as explained above.
- Usage out of the MyPack "Hours" is deducted from anytime minutes, if available, or charged by minute as explained above.
- Brastel is not responsible for any unauthorized use of customer's MyPack.
- MyPack is for individual usage only. It is NOT intended for businesses. all MyPacks are subject to reasonable residential usage limitations.
- Resale of MyPack is NOT allowed.
